Especially in recent years, Brazilian poultry has achieved high growth rates, becoming the world's third largest poultry producer and leader in exports, reaching 142 countries with its poultry meat. Factors such as health, quality and price contributed to improve productivity in the sector. Given this, concern about animal health is a major concern on the market, and controlling infectious bird bronchitis (IB) and eradicating Mycoplasma synoviae (Ms) in breeding farms has become a major challenge. IB, caused by a coronavirus, is an acute and highly contagious viral disease. Mycoplasmosis, on the other hand, is caused by the smallest bacteria present and has a great capacity for dissemination in the matrix lot, and once positive the lot remains with this status until the end of its life. Both diseases present similar clinical signs affecting the respiratory part, becoming secondary to each other. In the present study, the infectious bronchitis vaccine titers were evaluated in order to verify the existence or not of interference in the serological response by Ms. positivity. For this, the results of 326 serum samples collected from 2014 to 2018 were verified. , in lots of matrices of a western Santa Catarina agroindustry. To evaluate the effect of the presence of Mycoplasma Sinoviae on the mean titer of bronchitis, the t-test was used to compare unpaired data. The analysis was performed using the TTEST procedure of SAS software (2012).
