SUMMARY:

This research, of qualitative and exploratory characteristics, has as its object a set of three nuclei of educational processes. The first nucleus that composes the object is related to the set of teaching processes. Under the responsibility of regent teachers of 4th and 5th. That is, the definition of language conceptions and pedagogical conception. The second nucleus of our object has to do with the historical articulation of how the conceptions constitute their curriculum and evaluation processes in relation to curricular choices. The third nucleus of our object has to do with the incidence of public policies that have been constituting, in turn, the scenario of possibilities for pedagogical work throughout history, always within the same inseparable movement of internal contradictions and external determinations on the object. The problem that arises from the research object is precisely stated in the question that we announce: how are the teaching practices, reading learning of the teachers of the Initial Years of Elementary Education of 4th and 5th grades of CAIC Ayrton Senna da Silva, School of the Municipal Education Network of Balneário Camboriú, planned so that the student appropriates reading? This research aims to understand and analyze how the teaching-learning practices of reading of the teachers of the Initial Years of Elementary Education of 4th, 5th grades of Elementary Education 1 of CAIC Ayrton Senna da Silva, School of the Municipal Education Network of Balneário Camboriú, are planned, identifying if there is clarity of guidance in the official documents of the municipality of Balneário Camboriú, in order to make it possible for the teacher to perceive/diagnose the reading problems. Identify in the official documents of the Municipal Education Network of Balneário Camboriú the conceptions of language/reading existing as support for the teaching practice in reading for the 4th, 5th grades and Reading in the Initial Years of elementary education. Discuss the conception of language/reading of the teachers of the Municipal Education Network of Balneário Camboriú. As for the research procedures, they were listed, as data sources of the research, the survey made by bibliographic research, in articulation with the documentary research, in addition to the field research, because, as sources of the research, these three types of research present the possibility of data collection for the processes of classification, categorization and interpretation, according to the data contribution from which we carried out our research
