IMPACTS OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LAW 13.415/2017 IN THE STATE NETWORK OF SANTA CATARINA ON TEACHING WORK: PERCEPTION OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS

This dissertation has as a general objective to analyze the impacts of the implementation of Law 13.415/2017 in the state network of Santa Catarina on teaching work, from the perception of teachers and students. To achieve this objective, we established the following specific objectives: a) Discuss the process of regulating the Secondary Education reform in dialogue with the recent neoliberal reforms in the Brazilian State; b) Understanding the impacts of the High School Reform on Teaching Work and c) Analyzing, in the context of practice, how the regulation and implementation processes of the High School Reform have impacted teaching work in Santa Catarina. Methodologically, this research is qualitative, interpretative and participant observation. So far this study, based on the bibliographic mapping of theses and dissertations selected according to the approach to the theme of this dissertation, we have verified the existence of a close relationship between the reform of secondary education and other neoliberal reforms in the structure of the State, for example of the 2017 Labor Reform, which had a direct impact on teaching work. For this, this text presents a history of the implementation process of Law 13.415/2017 in Santa Catarina, as well as this reform contributes to the mischaracterization of the teacher as a working class, incorporating the idea of the entrepreneurial teacher. Among the main authors who contribute to this discussion are: Mészáros (2002), Laval and Dardot (2016), Marx (2008), Ribeiro (2017, 2023), Saviani (2011).
