appropriate the knowledge set out in the regulatory documents that guide the processes around management and surrounding public policies aimed at this theme so that they act and occupy management spaces in a democratic perspective and in search of social transformation. Therefore, this research defined as a general objective to analyze to what extent the disciplines of educational and school management and supervised internship in management impact the formative processes of graduates of the Degree in Pedagogy of the Instituto Federal Catarinense (IFC) - Campus Camboriú between the years 2011 to 2021. The theoretical framework included authors such as Cunha (1997), Libâneo (2001), Paro (2012), among others. The methodology consists of the interpretative analytical qualitative approach, since the analysis of some documents will be carried out, such as: the Curriculum Guidelines of the graduation in Pedagogy and the Pedagogical Political Project of the referred course. The interpretative character of the research is linked to the application of semi-structured questionnaires, as a data collection instrument for the graduates of the Pedagogy Degree Course at the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina - Camboriú Campus, with the aim of tracing their profile, and based on the answers, to understand the impacts of teacher training on the professional performance of these graduates in School Management.
