TRAINING PROCESSES IN EDUCATION: FROM THE PERIPHERY TO THE ACADEMY, BETWEEN SINGULARITIES, PLURALITIES AND EDUCATIONAL PRAXIS
(Auto)biography. Formative processes. Identity
The screen research aims to understand how the trajectory of personal and professional life influences the identity construction process of a professional who works in the field of scientific and technological professional education. The methodological procedure of a qualitative approach is anchored in (auto)biographical research, whose object of study is the life story of the researcher herself. The present work is developed from the aspect of the research line: “Training processes and educational policies”, in which, starting from the question: how do personal and professional life trajectories influence the process of identity construction of a professional who Does it work within the scope of scientific and technological professional education? we carried out the State of Knowledge (MOROSINI; KOHLS-SANTOS; BITTENCOURT, 2021) as a source of bibliographic review for the theoretical basis of that study. By carrying out a thematic analysis of the narrative presented, we reach the provisional conclusions that we act and position ourselves in the world and in the places we occupy from our experiences, they are articulated as our present and constitute our identity in construction. Furthermore, we consider that the narrative presented corroborates the favoring and recognition of knowledge and experiences of education professionals, showing how the identity constructions of the (I), wrapped in the pluralities of the (We) are representative of a broader social scope.
