For collaborative learning of the Braille System between family and teachers
Collaborative Learning. Braille system. Visually Impaired. Family. Teachers
The present research in development is part of the line of research: Educational Processes and Inclusion, of the Postgraduate Program in Education, of the Instituto Federal Catarinense - Campus Camboriú. Its investigative focus is the qualitative analysis of how the educational processes of collaborative learning of the Braille Reading and Writing System between family and teachers can contribute to the development of the visually impaired. In this sense, the study also aims to expand the knowledge of the Braille Reading and Writing System, which is indispensable for the independence and autonomy of people with visual impairments. The theoretical framework on the subject was based on Almeida (2002), Bruno (1993), Carvalho (2012), Mazzotta, (1996), Vigotski (1988), in addition to other authors and documents that address this topic. In theoretical-methodological terms, it uses procedures of bibliographic and documentary research to objectify the interpretation of the investigated phenomenon from its historical-cultural context. The elaboration of the analysis is in progress, and so far we have identified the need to bring the relationship between family and teachers to the discussion, as well as the learning of the Braille Reading and Writing System to enhance the pedagogical processes inclusive of the visually impaired.
