SUMMARY:

This research carries out studies in the line of research Formative Processes and Educational Policies of the Master In Education do IFC. The work aims to analyze how the Curricular Guidelines and the Pedagogical Political Projects (PPPs) have contributed to the continuing of literacy teachers. The methodology is qualitative (BOGDAN; BIKLEN, 1994; GATTI; ANDRÉ, 2010) with document analysis procedures (GIL, 2008), semi-structured questionnaire and Content Analysus (BARDIN, 2004; FRANCO, 2008). The object of study are the document of Curricular Guidelines for Basic Education of Itajaí and the PPPs of trhee schools (rural, peripheral and central). The intention will be to identify if the PPPs are aligned with the Curriculum Guidelines, what is the conception of literacy contemplated by the documents and conceived by the teachers ant hos these documents have contributed to the training and teaching practice. The research subjects is a representative sample (LEÃO, 2006) of the teachers of the literacy cycle (1st and 2nd year of Elementary School), with twenty-four participants. The studies are based on the epistemological basis of historical-cultural theory (VIGOTSKI, 1991, 2001; LURIA; LEONTIEV, 2010), in addition to the discussion based on some authors such as Kramer (2004 and 1986), Soares (1985 and 1996), Mortatti (2006 and 2011) and Veiga (2013). This research theme is relevant because, due to current curricular reforms, teacher training is taken as the  center of discussions, being related to the quality o education, here more specifically literacy. The results and considerations of the research are being prepared.
